Full Service

    Some graphic design firms leave it up to you to provide your own photography.  Or to do your own copywriting.  Some even leave it up to you to get your item printed.  Or, if they have it printed for you, they work with only one print shop – no matter what.

    Earth Citizen Design provides everything needed to finish the job for you.  Of course, we provide the graphic design.  That includes any illustrations you want.  We also provide:

1.   Any photographs you may need.

2.   Copywriting.  The text that goes on your document, the copy is probably the most overlooked design element, especially on web sites.  That’s a shame.  Because attention-getting design may get prospective customers to notice you.  But it takes the words on the page, the persuasive case, to get them to do business with you.

3.   A menu of printing options.  We work with more than a dozen different printing houses.  Each one, we know what they do best.  And we know who offers the best prices.  That means we match your job to the most cost-effective printer.

4.   Direct marketing distribution.  earth citizen design offers two forms of direct marketing distribution:

A.  Standard. Using your mailing list, or we can get one for you, we'll print and mail your post card, sales letter or self-mailer using the most cost-effective method.

B.  Database.  A very powerful tool, database marketing means that we send different, tailored messages to your prospective and current customers based on their individual needs, preferences and past buying patterns.  For example, say you run a bookstore.  An author just publishes a new book.  If you have the data, we can send a post card to your customers who have purchased books by this author in the past.

5.  Web Sites.  Whether you're looking to create a new web site, or spruce up your current site, we make sure that your presence on the internet is consistent with the rest of your visual identity and enhances your company's image.  In addition to graphic design and copywriting, we make it easy for you to have a web site by registering your site's domain name and matching your site with a cost-effective hosting service.

6.  Promotional Products.  Suppose you’re after embroidered golf shirts, or a sign for your building, or a backdrop for your trade show booth.  We’ll find and provide the producer best suited to your needs, at a price that fits in your budget.

Beyond Full Service

     Remember Rolodex cards?  They’re getting hard to find.  Even though lots and lots of people still use them.  Making Rolodex cards is one of the more common things we do.  But not quite our favorite.  Our favorite thing is to go beyond full service and help people become self-sufficient.

     Here’s an example:  Recently, a customer called to order a brochure.  But there were some special considerations.  While the structure and organization of the brochure would remain the same, some of the content would change periodically.  Actually, it would change fairly often.  And they really didn’t have a budget that could afford re-design, or even re-typesetting, every time the brochure needed to change.

     So we made them an electronic template.  And the customer became self-sufficient.  They could revise the brochure whenever they needed to .  All on their own.  At a considerable cost savings.
