What do you need?
If you want simple web site (4-5 pages), representing you and/or your business, then you need a domain name (1), design (2), home page (3) and some sub-pages (4) - About us, Products, Services, How to order, Contacts or anything else. That's about
$400 including the domain name.
If you want moving and flashing graphics and sounds in your site, note the
services above, you may want your entire site in Flash (Recommended for artistic people or art businesses)
In case you need your visitors to tell you something (some kind of input) - do they like your services/products, etc.,
this information can be saved in database and/or send to you by email.
If you want to be able to edit the content of your pages at any time (this does not require any html knowledge, if you can type, you can do it), if you want to publish news and articles on your site, then you need
a CMS system.
