Here’s what happens when you contact earth citizen design:

   1.      We listen.
   2.      We may ask you some clarifying questions.
   3.      We may be able to give you a quote – time and cost – right away. Or, we may need to do a bit of research first – to make sure you get what’s best for you, at the best price.
   4.      We’ll let you know about any additional options. We’ll do everything we can to save you time and money.
   5.      You’ll get a written quote from us that spells out exactly what we’ll do, how long it’ll take and how much it’ll cost.
   6.      You’re under no obligation. Your obligation does not begin until you give us the go-ahead to do work for you.

What Will NOT Happen

Here's what will NOT happen when you contact earth citizen design:

   1.      You will NOT be forced to choose from a list of boilerplate designs.
   2.      You get original work, designed specifically to meet your needs.
   3.      You will NOT be pressured into buying more than you want.
   4.      When we ask you questions, it’s to better understand your business goals, and how we may help you achieve them.
   5.      Often, there are discounts or other economies of scale for doing related work all at the same time. We’ll ask questions and inform you of options, but never pressure you.
   6.      You will NOT end up on a mailing list or a telemarketing list.
   7.      We feel the best way to earn the privilege of serving you in the future is to do good work for you now.

1. A brief description of the work you have in mind.

2. How we may reach you, including your telephone number.
We find that work proceeds faster after a conversation.
