    Payment information must be received before design work begins.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    Our prices may change without notice.

    If you send any artwork that you want returned by mail please enclose a self-addressed-stamped envelope.

    A non-refundable fee of $40 is assessed if your order is cancelled after work has begun.

    Designs created remain the property of earth citizen design but may be purchased for additional fees.

     Simple text changes are no charge with reorders.

   File conversion from black and white to color, or from color to black and white conveys a minimum charge of $30.

     Regarding files submitted by other designers:  A minimum charge of $15 will apply to any file submitted for printing that does not meet acceptable standards.
